HERRING COVE BEACH

at The Cape Cod National Seashore Park
There’s a section of Herring Cove Beach the locals refer to as "Girl Beach".  This is where you'll find other lesbians. 

To get there: Turn left after the ranger station at entrance of the Park, then go to the very end of the parking lot where you will find a path out to the ocean and our section.   

National Park entrance fee is $25 a day per car. You can also bike there or take the shuttle. Anyone 62+ can buy a $20 annual pass good at over 1,000 federal recreation sites. If you are panning to go to the beach more than twice, consider buying an annual pass for $60 if you are under 62. Passes access to any of the six Cape Cod National Seashore beaches.

Gray seals and harbor seals can often be seen resting on local beaches at areas called “haul-outs.” Join Center for Coastal Studies educators for a hike to search for seals in Truro and learn more about the role these animals play in Cape Co'd's coastal ecosystem. The walk begins at High Head in Truro in the parking lot off High Head Road at head of bike trail.

This game is for those who played in high school years ago, play competitively now, or who always wanted to try. Everyone is welcome regardless of skill. We will attempt to form fair teams based on honest self-assessments. Our intention is fun and camaraderie! Bring your glove, cleats, and any equipment you may have. Some supplies from Provincetown’s Recreation Department will be available so all can play. Fans are encouraged.

To get by car or bike: Turn LEFT after the Ranger Station at entrance of the Park, then go to the very end of the parking lot where you will find a path out to the ocean and our section. 

To get there by Shuttle: “THE SHUTTLE” runs every 20 minutes seven days a week, beginning at 7am to 12:45am

The Shuttle travels to and from MacMillan Pier, down Bradford Street to HERRING COVE BEACH and a loop around town.

Passengers may board the Shuttle at any of the scheduled bus stops or they may flag the bus down anywhere along the bus route!
