My favorite event BY FAR during Girl Splash was the Friday Night
Karaoke Idol contest. The contestants were awesome and how cool was it
to have the riveting talent of Kate Clinton, Jennie McNulty, Mimi
Gonzalez, and Michele Paradise in ONE room and on ONE STAGE??? So much
fun!
But I'm forever blissfully ecstatic about meeting all of the awesome
ladies who participated in the Walk Funnies, Swim Sillies, Power Walks
and Jedi Walks. I can't wait until next year!!!

I so enjoyed all my morning power walks... going on the breakwater...
Walking with singer Julie Clark...
Hanging out in the tidal flats at low low tide
and chasing giant crabs ready to pinch my toes off...
I love meeting Michelle Paradise from Exes and Ohs... she was so
fantastically nice and beautiful! Definitely a highlight of the week.
Jennie McNulty and Mimi Gonzalez kept me smiling all week long... and
the Girl Power Events team was most inspiring--they worked so hard to
pull this event off! Many women were happy... many happy faces... it
was great... awesome... unforgettable... loved every minute....
And it was warm!
